Welcome to Restaurant ONE in Roermond, the Netherlands, awarded a Michelin star since 2010. Edwin Soumang and Bethany DeLong welcome you to the former ECI factory on the river Roer, with creative seasonal cuisine from our own 1,000 m² kitchen garden.

Choose from Teaser of ONE (3 courses), Taste of ONE (5 courses) or All of ONE (7 courses), each also available as a vegetarian menu. Book your table online; we can’t wait to welcome you.

Opening hours
• Dinner: Wednesday to Saturday from 5.30 pm
• Lunch: Friday and Saturday, arrival 12.30–1.30 pm, lunch ends at 4.30 pm
• Sunday to Tuesday: on request for groups of 15 or more
